Incomplete Lunch Letter
Parents/Guardians of DWCS students:
Over the next week or two many of you will be receiving a letter with your free/reduced lunch eligibility. If your letter states that you have been Denied (Incomplete), that simply means you left out some information that we have to have in order to process your application.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the requested information or you can call 318-368-8051 extension 6035 and leave a message. If you left information blank because you did not wish to apply for benefits, but didn’t check the box at the top of the form stating you did not wish to apply, you will be getting a letter stating your application was incomplete. Simply call or email with your students’ names and let us know you do not wish to apply.
Remember! No matter what your eligibility letter says, ALL DWCS students will receive FREE breakfast and lunch this school year. We need the applications for state reporting and so the students who qualify will get their grace period at the beginning of the next school year (2022-23). If you haven’t filled out the application, please request to have an application sent home with one of your students. Thank you all for your cooperation.
