Update: You must send a request for registration by Monday at 12:00 p.m. to pick up meals on Wednesday and by Thursday at 12:00 p.m. to pick up on Monday.

Beginning Wednesday, April 15, 2020, D’Arbonne Woods Charter School will be providing breakfast and lunch for DWCS students and their siblings under the age of 18 residing in the same household. There is no charge for these meals. Meals will be handed out on Mondays (2 days of breakfast and lunch per child) and Wednesdays (3 days of breakfast and lunch per child) from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. through the school closure. Parents/Guardians are being asked to email the following information to foodservice@darbonnewoods.com in order to receive meals:

• Name of Parent/Guardian that will be picking up meals.
• Contact phone number for the Parent/Guardian.
• Full Name and grade of child(ren) registered at DWCS.
• Name of any siblings of DWCS student under the age of 18 residing in the household.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to pick up meals. If you have not registered, you cannot pick up meals. Children will NOT have to be present in the vehicle.

The cutoff date to sign up for Wednesday pick-up is Monday, April 13, 2020 at 9:00 p.m. You can still register to receive meals after the cutoff, but will wait until the following Monday to pick them up. You only need to register one time.

If you do not have access to email, please call D’Arbonne Woods Charter School at 318-368-8051 on Monday, April 13 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., leave your name and a contact phone number and you will be contacted with further instructions.

If you have emailed your information or left your number by Monday, but have not received your instructions by Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., call D’Arbonne Woods Charter School at 318-368-8051 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
